To whom it may concern,
I just wrote a negative feedback about one of your competitors. There is nothing a consumer hates more than dishonesty. Most of all, I just cannot stand when a merchant displays a lower price, then makes up for his lower price with inflated shipping and handling. Thats just plain lying to the consumer. I just wanted to say thank you for for offering very reasonable shipping options. Its a pleasure to to business with a merchant that does not profit from shipping, and puts the customer first.

I just wanted to say thanks for a job well done. The Canon A80 camera I ordered on 07-21-04 came in on 07-23-04! Excellent delivery time.
I did a little research on Bizrate and you had a pretty good rating. This and your bottom line price gave me a bit of the warm and fuzzies, which now I can now attest to.
