Pros:
A+product... but should be for it's price.
Cons:
will not upload mp3 files on SDcard to inturnal memory.It says"not enough space on harddrive"...One 4.5min.cut? but it will play the SDcard.bootup is slow and returns the file back start when you power down.

Pros:
Very easy to run through the functions and operate. Feel and performance is good.
Cons:
There is functionality that I am aware of but it has taken some digging to figure out how it works. Didn't realize that the only way that the gps will speak to you is to have it in the car cradle and pluged into the car outlet. Would seem like you could still plug it into a regular house outlet and run the mp3 or satelite radio (might be a way just haven't figured it out yet).

Pros:
Glove Friendly Touchscreen and Buttons on left side. Bright Screen viewable during daytime.
Cons:
Routes need to be updated. Often takes you in circles before starting due to recent construction completions.

I really like this product but do watch the routes closely due to being sent in circles unecessarily at times. Great Product for Motorcyclist. Easy to install and use.

Pros:
Really liked the ability to use the 550 in my door slammer and my bike. Routes are good and locating food, lodging and ATM's are easy.
Cons:
Be ready to spend 4-6 hours to download the streetmap.I had to "retry" after a download failed, which added more time to the process.

This is a very good GPS and the price reflects that. Buyer should not have to spend so much time downloading map1

Pros:
This is the second one I own. That probably says it all. Great device for many reasons!
Cons:
When flying from one city to another, it takes the device several minutes, even up to a half hour to relocate satellites.

I don't think there is a better GPS device on the market than a Garmin. I also own a Garmin Zumo. I sure the tachnology will improve over time, but even as it is, it's an awesome tool for finding your way around
