Pros:
The large scanning area
Cons:
Learning curve is a lot more difficult then my Epson 4490. I don''t think the scans are as good as the Epson so far but that could be due to my lack of experience with it.

it doesn''t work. as soon as i plugged it, a spring came off and scanning head couldn''t move. thanks to nice customer service by pcnation, it was replaced twice only to see the sames problem.

Pros:
Marvelous machine, included software somewhat clunky, but the scans make up for it.
Cons:
Cost, chintzy software.

Dirt simple to set up, fairly fast operation and warm up. Nice appearance, fits snug to the wall.

Pros:
It is a relatively inexpensive 11 x 17 color scanner. Earlier models worked well
Cons:
The first one I bought broke after about a week of use. Plustek was helpful about replacing it. But it was unavailable for 2-3 weeks white lthey were replacing it. Also the software shipped with it didn''t work and I had to download the drivers from the internet. The replacement scanner is working fine

There was a very long delay in shipping this item. It seemed that it was released for sale but there weren''t hardly any available in the US
