Pros:
Fax machine is excellent for sending medical records and perscriptions. It''s fast and can be used as a coppier when the compy machine is busy. We very satisfied.
Cons:
Reliability, jamming and other typical fax problems won''t be known until the fax machine undergoes a couple years of usage. We''re hoping for the best.
Comment:
The fax machine has more functions than we need. But for speed and reliability with a basic 250 sheet tray and good resolution, we are pleased with the initial results. The discounted price made this a great buy. For the user who needs multi-function capability, there are other choices, but basic fax functions are compromised. Know your primary usage function before buying. For faxing functions, this is a great machine.
