Low cost machine, low cast toner and drum. Works great.
Cons:
Reports are a bit lacking. If you need a confirmation of fax you need to print it right away. It will only print the confirmation of the most recent fax. You can still get the transmission data, but that contains all recent faxes.
Comment:
A good low cost machine. Supplies are low cost and last a good amount of time. We upgraded 5 branches from Samsung units to this machine and are saving a bit of money. A great machine for small to medium business!

Pros:
We just received it and haven''t had much experience with it yet, but it is a very easy set-up and appears to work just great.
Cons:
We have it set up on a shelf, and it is kind of hard to read the display from the office lighting glare. If it were possible to swivel it a little bit, that would be ideal.

Quick, clear copies, fax signals are loud enough without being too loud.
We are very happy with our purchase!
Cons:
I wish that the screen tilted up more and was easier to read. We have it sitting in an area where there is no direct light, and it is really hard to read the screen. It would help if it had an adjustable backlight, or red led.

Paper cette holds large amount of paper. Well designed and easy to use. Also hooks to my computer to work as a printer.

Although I only recently purchased this fax machine I am very pleased with it. Before purchase I had reviewed fax ratings, and for my purposes this sounded like the best. Hopefully it will continue working for the long run.

This is our second time purchasing the 4100 series fax machine. Very simple and easy to set up and use as a fax machine. Scan-print option not really viable use a copy machine.

Easy to set up. Has worked well for 2 to 3 weeks.
Cons:
It could use a spam filter as some other machine have. Drum is also a cunsumable product as well as toner. Supposedly the drum will lst 20000 copies but is an added expense.
Comment:
I have used the 4100e for 2 to three weeks and it has been working flawlessly. I would recommend the machine to any small business.

Pros:
Got tired of my antique HP Office Fax, having been reduced to feeding the unit one at a time. What an incredible improvement. Have used it for a week and am very pleased. First time ordered from PC Nation and am elated.
