Pros:
Relatively cheap for a home a/v battery backup solution. Nice looking. Good status info on the screen.
Cons:
I wish APC used series-mode surge technology instead as MOVs are so old school and CHEAP. But then series mode protection would increase cost.
Comment:
So far the J15BLK has worked flawlessly (owned for two weeks). I don''t have a lot of power fluctuations yet but I''ll be looking at the info screen carefully once it hits 80+ degrees and AC units around my apartment start to come online.
