Pros:
Excellent product. We got this for my mother-in-law to safely discard records. The features we were looking for in addition to reliabe shredding were wheels for easy movement and a collection bin that would be easy for her to handle. Top scores on all accounts!! Great price too!

Pros:
We just received The POWERSHRED MS450CS so have used it very lttle, however it appears to work very well, is quite as the Fellows states and is worth spending a more on quality. We are happy with the unit!

Pros:
Quiet, Nice looking, Small functional office size, Shreds into super small pieces which takes a long time to fill container , easy pull out container in front instead of
lifting the heavy top off to empty.
Cons:
expensive compared to other shredders, but it has all the features I was looking for all in 1 shredder.

Love it, even though I had to return it after a couple of weeks because of a defect with the product, but I am waiting for the replacement any day now and am sure hoping it will work this time without issues. It has a lot of nice features that I like, so I am willing to take that chance on the second one.

Paper is nearly "pulped" vs strips of paper
Has sensor shut off if fingers get too close to input
Cons:
overheats too quickly; once overheated and shutdown, must stop and wait for unit to fully cool down if you want to shred more without overheat every 10 s

The unit works great, it''s quiet, easy to operate and comes completely embled, ready to use.
Cons:
None that I can see. The unit is large but it holds a lot of trash. I did note that unless you are shredding CD''s I would recommend removing the small cup inside the shredder basket as it traps the paper being shredded. The cup keeps the shredded CD material seperate from the paper and this shredding is not microcut but simply cuts the CD''s into strips.

Nice performance for the price. The speed of feed could be faster, but I suppose that speed is sacrificed for quieter operation. Very good product design.
