Pros:
Product works as advertised. USB interface & software loaded up without difficulty. External status display very useful. Cyber Power promptly replaced the battery under warranty at no cost -- excellent support / service!
Cons:
After six months of use, the UPS began losing its capacity compared to its original storage capability. [As noted above the battery was replaced immediately at no charge.]
Comment:
I would to look to CyberPower for the purchase of another product of this type in the future. Outstanding customer service.
