Pros:
Extremely quiet. Nice information buttons on top of machine. Has a very helpful overload feature that prevents you from trying to shed too many sheets at one time.
Cons:
Overheats if you are doing a lot of shredding and seems to take a while to cool down. Strange that the on/off button is located at the back of the machine as that means that you have to leave it in the on position and turn the shredder on and off using the front operation button.
Comment:
Good machine that was well worth the price. Would buy again without hesitation.

Pros:
fast, quiet, powers through jams, 10-12 s at a time. didn''t overheat during a one hour session.
Cons:
would be nice if it had an outside storage area for the cutter oil and manual.

This is the first shredder I''ve purchased that works well after having a few less expensive ones that broke within a few days. This is an excellent medium duty shredder that has essential features that help keep the shredder operating properly (i.e., indicator tells when it is overheating,indicator to tell when too much paper is being fed, forward and reverse manual controls to release jams).

Pros:
So far, (Two weeks) the shredder has sone everything that I have asked of it. It is quiet and appears to do a great job. I have not tried to get it to jam or put multiple sheets through it yet.

PC Nation was great to deal with , the least expensive and had the fastest free shipping. I had my order in TWO days. That is hard to beat.

So far so good (only have it a few weeks). I like the small size of shreds and the warning light.

It''s rather large but that''s OK since it can hold a big volume of shreds.

Relatively small capacity, which fills up quickly.
Shredded paper tends to clog at top.

Pros:
Unit seems to be 10 times more powerful than the "cheap" model we had which failed very quickly after purchase.
Cons:
Unit is somewhat larger than we would like, but wheels make it easy to move about. Also, did not come with the container that snaps into the back to aculate paper (Fellowes said they stopped shipping them with the units in Nov ''08.
Comment:
Seems very reliable and powerful thus far (only used for about a month). Features like "auto reverse" and "power through" very useful.
