Pros:
functional, easy to program, comfortable, intuitive
Cons:
IR is really weak and needs to be pointed DIRECTLY at all of the devices and if ANYTHING is in the way it will not work..
Comment:
Really needs an RF 50$ option... If I were to do anything to this remote it would just be to have it work with RF not IR.. I heard concerns about this before I bought it but not enough to deter me from all of its awesome options. And it is still an amazing product.. Just a little annoying to have to point it directly at the AV equipment every time you want to use it.. at least you are only pressing one button to do everything!

Pros:
Sleek Design, nice touch screen functionality, easy to program web interface.
Cons:
Initial delay in response to do default connection settings. I had to go to a forum to figure out why the response was delayed.
If you turn off the TV manually (or other devices) the remote does not recognized this. Therefore the Remove becomes out of sync. i.e. On the remote, turning the power off will turn on the TV. Touching "Watch TV" will turn it off etc.
Comment:
Overall this is a really nice remote and works well with my TV, and media center. The only think I don''t like is that the remote does not recognize if I manually turn off the TV. (Sometimes I do this when I get up to turn off the Wii.) There may be a function to resolve this, but I haven''t thoroughly investigated it yet. Overall, this is an excellent investment if you are looking for a good quality universal remote and don''t want to spend inflated prices. It''s a little bit more expensive, but definitely worth it.

Fabulous product. My family is extremely happy with this remote. We use it with our Sharp 42" LCD, Sharp BluRay DVD, CD changer, Toshiba VCR, HD cable box, AV receiver and my son''s Play Station2. It''s a bit pricey, but worth it.

Pros:
A very nice all-in-one remote control. It is well balanced and the bottons are easy to manipulate. The software is easy to use as well and upgrades from the internet are quite painless.
Cons:
The remote must be pointed directly at some devices and sometimes it fails to engage one of several devices requiring pressing the help button to rectify the issue.
Comment:
It looks nice, it feels nice, it works well. Other than the fact that this thing is a bit pricey, anyone requiring an all-in-one remote should seriously consider this unit.

Takes a lot of time to fine tune. 8+ hours. It''s well worth the extra effort to customize it and make it your very own.

Highly recommended.
