Pros:
Very stable view. Able to see full field wearing eyegles. Due to IS easy to hand hold for 15X binoculars. One push activation for 5 minutes IS viewing. Bright crisp views with stars pin point to edge of field. Comfortable to hold while stargazing. Not to good for stargazing while standing.
Cons:
Seems to consume power and therefore batteries. No dust caps supplied on objectives.
Comment:
I always wanted to do binocular stagazing, but never did it much because of the shake view. For me, I shook to much while hand holding binoculars when I stargazed. I tried mounted binoculars, but it took away from the easy of set up and neck strain. These binoculars have allowed steady views when holding them while stargazing in a confortable reclining chair. I am now enjoying a part of stargazing that only came about because of these fine binoculars.

Pros:
Excellent optical quality. Very easy to use.
Cons:
Main focus is quite sensitive and there''s the slightest bit of backlash. Very minor.
Comment:
These replace an excellent pair of 7x50 Pentax conventional binoculars. With the Canon, even at more than double the magnification, it is easy to get a steady view without bracing.
