Pros:
Reliable and convenient. I bought this because duplex capability and network support. Ease of installation. At first week, I printed 2000 s in duplex without any issue.
Cons:
It produces a lot of heat when printing. If you print a lot, you need cool it with a fan. The printer comes with only 2000 toner. I wish it last a little bit longer.
Comment:
Good printer, low maintenance. You can buy a toner below $80 compare cheaper with other brand (Brother or HP).

Pros:
love the automatic two-side printing, easy set-up, price, many functions for the price, size. I have had it a little over a week and have no complaints. Hope it lasts 9+ years like my last HP laser printer.

Pros:
Fast print engine, built in ethernet networking, and built in two sided printing for the price of printers with far fewer features.
Cons:
Graphics aren''t good enough for someone in the printing / art fields, but then that isn''t what it''s for.

Pros:
Very fast and great resolution. I use for printing out lecture notes for medical school. Even though I can''t print in color the resolution is good enough in black and white.
Cons:
Found difficulty trying to get duplex printing and other components recognized by my Mac iBook. After hours on the phone with tech support, tweaking preferences on the control panel, downloading OSX updates from Apple, and finally rebooting for the third time suddenly everything worked like a charm. Typical for a Mac I guess. I wish Samsung could have provided me with better support for Mac installation. One tech atleast tried to help, while the other two did nothing. Yet, now that everything is said and done I''m entirely happy with my laser printer. No more glitches to speak of.

Pros:
It''s definitely fast. I can''t argue with the 30ppm. Crisp clear print. Special function/ single sheet tray, works great. Network set up is easy. Way quieter than my HP PSC 1610 ink jet. Energy Star.

Even using the duplexing feature, it''s still pretty fast. It only takes longer cause it pulls the sheet back in to do the other side. I''ve only used the special function tray for envelope labels and tested it directly on envelopes, but it has worked great for those. A child with basic knowledge of how to use a computer could install this printer, even on the network. Just plug it in and it grabs an IP. Install included disc software and ur good to go. I have seen reviews of this printer being loud on but it seems pretty quiet to me. Its my first lazer, but its quieter than any inkjet I''ve ever had. Plus its energy star compliant. And it has decent web interface management. I would certainly recommend it, can''t beat the price to quality ratio.
