Pros:
Good picture, good volume, good size for our
kitchen.
Cons:
Wish it were 1/8 inch shorter, so it would fit
under our kitchen cabinets.

HAS ALL NECESSARY INPUTS, HDMI 1.3, COMPONENT, COMPOSITE, S VIDEO, BUILT IN TUNER. EXCELLENT PICTURE, EASY SETUP. EASY TO USE. NO CONNECTIVITY PROBLEMS WITH HDMI.

WHEN CONNECTING TO HDMI SOME TV''S WILL NOT LET YOU SELECT THE HDMI INPUT IF THERE IS NO HDMI SOURCE CONNECTED. THIS IS NOT HELPFUL IF TRYING TO TROUBLE A CONNECTIVITY ISSUE. THIS VIEWSONIC ALLOWS YOU TO SELECT ANY INPUT AND ACTUALLY SWITCH TO IT SO YOU CAN SEE IF THERE IS A SIGNAL OR NOT. NICE.

Pros:
Quick service and delivery
Only 1 star Which was lowered from 5 because of the very poor service on me receiving a defective product and taking care of it without a charge.
Cons:
TV didnot work at all and was told I had to pay for return shipping. I realize it is not PC Nation fault I got a defective product but PC does sell the products and to put it all on the consumer to pay for defective products return is very not right and not good customer service.
Comment:
Thank god for ViewSonic taking up the slack where PC Nation failed. ViewSonic replaced the TV and paid for the return shipping. But that process took several days in fact it took 1 week.
Would I buy from PC Nation again??? NO!!! they don`t back up the products they sell with out charging the customer more $$$.
Suggestion for PC Nation:
Don`t screw the customer around when things don`t go right with what you sell the first time.
