Pros:
Easy to Use
Easy to set up
Help fuction is great
Cons:
Customization is a little bit of trial & error to find the right web .
Help is a little dumb at first (turn the tv off and ask if that fixed the problem) - maybe that could be customized also, but never found how.
Comment:
Excellent product. This is the second I have purchased. My technically-challenged parents are still a little intimidated by it, but it is much easier to provide telephone support than with their earlier hand full of different remotes.

Everything, only took a few minutes to get it programmed and working properly, and just a little fine tuning. Overall-Great, easy to use.
Cons:
Touch screen needs to be cleaned regularly, it still works fine but looks bad with a bunch of fingerprints all over it.

Pros:
First, thanks to PCNation for the best price and fast service. So far the remote is working out well. Looks great and is pretty easy to setup and use. Controls my Samsung TV, DirecTV HD/DVR, Onkyo receiver and even my Lutron dimmer light. No doubt it''ll work with whatever BluRay player I get. Great investment and addition to my home theatre.
